At Naturehike, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
